i never played any of the other killzone games so i was nervous about buying it. i usually only like military first person shooters but this game captivated me. i went straight to the online play and got frustrated because i kept trying to play it like CoD so i decided to try the campaign. i told myself to stretch out the game so i dont beat it too fast but the storyline was sooooo immersive that i stayed up way to long all weekend till i was done. ending seemed a little rushed but the story took many turns and twist. i loved it. needless to say after the campaign i was used to the gameplay of this games style of shooting. online is very fun also. 3 modes and 5 classes. the online menu is even nice enough to advise you to play the deathmatch style mode until you level up a little before you jump on the bigger modes. so in short if you are on the fence with this game and you like first person shooters i suggest you give it a try. you wont be disapointed. word of advise with online. when you earn unlock points to advance your classes make you research the weapons so you know which is your fav. i wasted alot of early points on a class for a specific asslaut rifle just to find out it was not the gun i thought it was.
