A heavy shooter, Killzone 3 lacks in story but makes up in massive action sequences and devastating weaponry.

Killzone 3 is a heavy shooter with not much story but plenty of action and devastating weaponry. The action scenes in Killzone 3 are excellent and at some points the fighting is so intense that you can feel absolute desperation of both sides to vanquish the other. Though the ending was bad and the story is not really there, Killzone 3 definitely makes up for this with action and intensity of game play and is worth the ride.
Taking much from its predecessor, but adding some of its own, Killzone 3 displays absolute beautiful levels from jungles, to icy mountain tops to derelict scrap yards and monstrous mobile machinery. Each level has distinction and does not feel like your trudging through the same playing field throughout the entirety of the campaign. Also the enhancements of weaponry such as the Wasp and the battle sequences such as the Malwer are some of the best action sequences I've seen in a FPS. All this said even though the story is lacking, with virtually no ending, Killzone 3 is still a great addition to the ps3 library.
