Killzone 3 is a FPS exclusive to the PS3. It is the sequel to the incredibly well received Killzone 2. Most games these days say that "it starts right where the previous one ended." Most of the time it takes place 3-4 years after the events. Killzone 3 is the one of the only exceptions. it actually shows the ending cut-scene to Killzone 2 and expands on it. The storyline probably could've used some work though. While the voice actors made it come to life, it didn't really grab me all that much. The campaign was full of action and explosions and was incredibly enjoyable. Just the story line was a bit on the weak side. The graphics on Killzone 3 are absolutely spectacular. They are better than anything I have seen before on anything. The landscapes are gorgeous and the environments are full of detail. The multiplayer is of course the strongest part of the game. It has 3 game modes: Geurrilla Warfare, Warzone, and Operations. Geurilla Warfare is my least preferred. It is just a standard Team Deathmatch. Warzone has 5 different game types and you play best out of 7. These game types are Search and Destroy, Search and Retrieve, Bodycount, Capture and Hold, and Assassination. Operations is my personal favourite. It only has 3 maps and the game modes vary depending on what map you are playing. The top 3 or 4 people on your team are included in cut-scenes during the match. All in all, Killzone 3 is an excellent shooter which expands on what was already an excellent franchise. I recommend buying this game as soon as you can
