Killzone, the best mediocre game I've ever played!

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to buy Killzone because it seemed like a good FPS game and KZ2 was getting a lot of hype around it.

Gameplay: If you loved Halo's run-and-gun style gameplay, you'll probably hate this game. This game was shooting for a realistic warfare-type game. The recoils are great, if you run into a huge firefight, you're dead before you go 10 steps. But, the best thing about Killzone is definatly the guns. Yep, go to killzone.com to find out more about the weapons. They have them all. Alas, the game has a pretty bad framerate, not saying the game can't be played. But it will make the game seem laggy at times.

Graphics: Great graphics for a PS2 game, absolutly stunning. The Helghast truly look evil. Glowing red eyes... ^_^

Sound: Heh, you'll hear the same lines about 50-60 times during gameplay but you'll either love or hate what they say "SCATTA! GRENADE!!!!" XD They say everything so well... or badly... I just love how it sounds!

Value: Honeslty, you can go to youtube and MommyDearest has all the cutscenes. If you watch those, you pretty much get all the info you'll need about the Killzone universe. But the game is worth buying for $30.

Overrall: You have a PS2? You like FPSs? Buy this game!
