Of last years shooters, this was a qualitiy title. but that dosent mean it was great.

When i first read about killzone back before it came out they magazine were talking about how amazing the graphics were and how much better it would be than anything we had ever seen, so what happened to it between that time and when it came out. the graphics are as solid as can be but with no breakthrough in gameplay though. this is as basic as a shooter can get. the guns are relatively ordinary compared to some of the more futuristic shooters out these days like project snowblind. It's still enjoyable to play but that could have but sum flavor into it rather than just a grey coloured blur and the odd flame. this seems to be a rush job and the game could have been worked on allot more along with the eneimes and aiming. you get the odd highlight like manning a gaint turret or blowing up a cool looking tank with a rocket launcher. crawling about treaches and hoping through windows is as fun as your gonna get in this game, sadly this is kind of a letdown, it could have been allot more but the deveolpers just friggin gave up.

sucks man. good game but not good enough.
