Lets just start by saying Killzone was one reason I regretted not having a PS2 when it was released, so the first chance I got I tried it out. The graphics are amazing for something so "last-gen". The atmospheres are great as well. I suppose where it lacks is gameplay. Like a lot of "ok" games, it could have been so much more, but fell short in some key areas, leaving the good areas in the shadows of mediocrity.

I do think with some changes, perhaps in a sequel, this could make for an instant classic, but this title just isn't going to give you anything so ambitious to be dubbed such.
