A few adjustments and I could see this game certainly going places...

Halo killer, - this is what many ps2 gamers have nicknamed this game. Though it is not quite up to halo yet because of a few issues which i will state below.

The gameplay is great, a full on war that goes from war-torn cities to jungles to mountains with both a 'one man army' theme to more of a team game as the storyline progresses. The storyline itself is great to start off with explaining the history of the people, the storyline that occurs though is quite dull and fairly predictable, that's not saying you won't get a thrill from this game though because you certainly will. When characters get added to your team they become playable, before you start the level you will be able to pick. There are 4 all up and have a wide range of capabilities from basic, stealth, heavy duty soldier and a enemy on your side. The weapons are absolutely awesome ranging from a heavy machine gun with a rocket launcher built in and a grenade launching pistol. The bad thing is that you cannot enter and control vehicles.

The sound is good with realistic sounds from guns, screaming and even conversations on the battlefield. the music is orchestra style but with a battle feel to it which suits it.

The graphics are great with realistic and widely ranged faces showing full emotions but this can be downgraded when playing multiplayer when there are just a bunch of clones running around all looking the same.

The multiplayer is good and has alot of different game types but lacks in maps. I would rather more maps and although i love the maps avaliable i would like more 'halo' like maps and i would like an addition of capture the flag mode.

I would like a more epic gameplay and perhaps a third team that is alien.

Basically this game is not halo and i hate how people expect so much from this game. It is NOT halo and most likely never will be.
