Disney and Square do it again, another great game!

Overall Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is a great game for the GBA. Although there really isn't anything new as far as the worlds go, its interesting to play as Riku and see what he goes through. However, I'm not particularly fond of the battle system, as cards are used. I prefer the usual method of bashing an enemy, especially since Riku's deck is a set deck, meaning it doesn't change or get added to as you work your way through the game. The graphics are surprisingly good for a GBA game and the introduction is particularly good. As you fight your way through Castle Oblivion, you get to choose what area you improve as you level up. I always found this to be a difficult choice because, sometimes choosing one particular area over another can determine how well you perform in the next boss battle. Speaking of boss battles, you have to fight a member of Organization XIII pretty much every time you complete a level. This can be a little tedious, but overall rewarding. The game does its job as a bridge between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II and I would recommend it to a friend.
