Not as good as the classic Kingdom Hearts, but it will do...

User Rating: 9.9 | Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories GBA
Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories is an excellent game for those people who love card games but are sick of Yu-Gi-Oh! and all that crap. Square Enix and Disney have done it again and they created a card-based game with fighting and stuff included in it! You can still do a free roam in battle sequence except going to the edge of the screen and going that way will occur you to run away from the battle but it is very good. I borrowed this game from my friend and I thought it was very good. So good, I decided to buy it at Amazon for $15.00! It has two stories in it: The main story is Sora's part of this story, of which when Sora, Donald and Goofy go into Castle Oblivion to find Riku and King Mickey. As they go up Castle Oblivion's 13 (oo...spooky!) stories, they realize that they are slowly losing their memories. It has many CGI sequences , like at the beginning and through the middle of the game. They were able to put the CGI graphics from the PS2 Game into the GBA Cardtridge. The graphics throughout the game, like not the CGI movies, are great. They're the best graphics I've seen on a Game Boy Advance. You can still play this on a GBASP, GBAMICRO, the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo DS Lite. The cards in the game can be weak, for instance, Kingdom Key, but they can be powerful too, like for instance, a Cloud card. This will be neutral-to-hard ranging for people who are just starting the Kingdom Hearts series and not with much gaming skill. Good gamers with lots of skill and have played "Kingdom Hearts" or Kingdom Hearts II (or if you went to E3, Kingdom Hearts III), it will take you about 11 to 20 hours to beat. Unexperienced, I'd say judging on my friend, 33 hours.

The Second Story in this game is unlocked after you beat Sora's story. It's called Reverse Rebirth, and it's Riku's side of the story, when he wakes up and thinks about finding King Mickey and Sora. Also when you beat Sora's story, you unlock a mode called "Link Mode". If another person has this mode, you are able to battle the other person using a GBA Link Cable (and I think Wireless adapter, but probably not). I'm pretty sure 1 player is Sora and 2Player is a heartless/nobody of Sora.I've never done this before but this is just guessing...

Overall this is a very good game. If you're a fan of Card-games, RPGs, Kingdom Hearts or Square Enix, or all (I'm all of these except the Card fan), then you'll definently love this game. Can't say about the other people though...

Overall, it's a great game and it will keep you hooked for a good, let's say, two days worth of hours or so. Do the math, kids: 24 plus 24 equals 48. I'm sorry, but if you take over 48 hours in total (it shows your total time played in your saved game menu), YOU FREAKIN' SUCK!
