Should be on the PS2 but great.

This could be better on the PS2 and it could've been the KH2. It's still good, but if so, there has to be a chance that they will sell the ps2 version in North America, along with KH2:FM (go on www.kh2.co.uk) and This game is getting kinda boring from the day you play it. It's still good, but still, the game isn't really worth it. Try renting it first. That's rarely all that I could say.
But play it if you really need to know the story for Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. This could've been very good, but it doesn't fit with GBA at all.
