My favorite game of all time.
Of all the games in this world that should have never worked, Kingdom Hearts is the ruler of them all. Talk about cross-over heaven, a lot of people would have been happy to only see Final Fantasy characters interact with each other. But this game takes it a step further.
You know Kingdom Hearts and all its charms. Disney, Final Fantasy, pointy hair, Squall, and Cloud. What more could you ask for? How about a Critical Mode where you have half the life and magic with twice the damage from enemies? Not enough for you? I guess I should mention the added cutscenes, the extra boss battles, the new areas, and the new weapons. Believe it or not that isn't all of it!
Now, I know I sound like a die-hard Kingdom Hearts nerd who sits in a dark room and plays this all day, well your half right. I do love this series. however that doesn't change the fact that this game is exactly what it sets out to be; an enhance Kingdom Hearts II, with a remake of Chain of Memories, and a ton of fan services along the way. Is that bad? I think not.
The new boss battles are challenging and fun, the new scenes add to the crazy Kingdom Hearts epic-ness, and the E.S./Terra battle is the best boss battle to ever exist in a video game. The only way you could possible hate this game is if you were one of those Kingdom Hearts haters, which we all know and love.
Import it, it's worth every penny.
