Ok, Kingdom Hearts 2. One of the greatest games i have played for the Ps2(out of alot of my fav ps2 games). Kingdom hearts 2 follows up with the original story line while adding a few characters from the Chain of Memories game. At the begining you play as Roxas(super cool). You probably play as him for about 3-4 hours worth of gameplay before entering the real portion of the game which you play as Sora. A few new things about the battle system. One thing that has changed is that the button you use for attacking and almost everything else has been changed to X instead of O(hard to get used to lol). Some new battle feature have been added including Drive modes. Drive modes are the changes in your costumes color depending on which drive you are using. You have one for strength(red Valor form) one for magic(blue Wisdom form) Master form(yellow) Final form(white) and Anti form(kind of like a heartless look). Each form gives you new powers and abilities to use during the time that you are given depending on how much your drive bar is filled. Another new battle feature is that you are able to use something called Limit techniques which as a power availible when your with an outside party member(beast,Jack ect) These limit attacks give you the chance to use a larger cool attack on the enemys. A few new summons have also been added. One MAJOR new thing to the game is reaction commands. Reaction commands are very cool. When fighting you come up with a reaction command icon. This allows you to do cool looking and effective attacks on your enemies. Most of the time a reaction command has cool attack such as in one level swinging aroudn the collums and putting your keyblade out like a spear or fastly dodging attacks. The gameplay is just as great maybe even better than the 1st. You have the great story line plus the amazing soundtrack(soundtrack is very cool). This time though the heartless are back and also a new enemy has been formed called the Nobodies. Boss battles are amazing and exciting especially with the addition of the Reaction commands to add osme more fun and interesting attacks to it. Over all I beleive that this game is a must buy for any gamer especially if your a fan of final fantasy. This game also shows that disney is not just for kids.
