Kingdom Hearts 2 improved on everything Kingdom Hearts lacked and for better of for worse was a whole lot easier.

Kingdom hearts 2 basically improved what Kingdom hearts 1 lacked. Kingdom hearts 2's story, graphics and game play have improved over the original although Kingdom Hearts 2's difficulty is easier than Kingdom Hearts 1. The game is really easy and you could just breeze through the game without dying much. It also takes a lot less work to level up or even defeat some of the harder bosses. These two downsides hardly hinders the overall game though. Kingdom Hearts 2 is also a lot longer than Kingdom hearts 1 and has quite a bit of extras such as Olympus's Cup, retained from the last game, or mini-games such as skateboarding or the many mini-games of Twilight Town. The game's characters have superb voice acting and plenty of the characters are recognizable from from Final Fantasy like Cloud from FF7 or Squall (or Leon as he claims-_-) from FF8 or Disney movies like Mickey Mouse, Simba or Jack Sparrow. Kingdom Hearts 2 is whole lot better than the original and definitely, is a game worth buying.
