Kingdom Hearts is a long, solid RPG. It is very challenging at times, but it's worth it when you finally do it.
Long Story // Great sound // Clear graphics // Immersive story
The Bad:
There should be a shortcut for magic and items seperately // Controls occasionaly akward // You can't skip the movie clips, that means if you're up to a really hard boss, and you keep losing, you'll have to watch the scene over and over again, which can go as long as 2 or 3 minutes.
Gameplay: 7/10
You can put this game on Standard Mode, or Expert Mode. If you choose expert mode, be prepared to replay alot of boss battles and view the clips so many times it could drive you insane. It can become super-frustrating running away from the middle of the battle to scroll down the menu and choose items, then choose which item. This is the main problem of the Gameplay. Everything else is good though. The camera can also become a nuisance every so often as well. The gameplay passes though.
Graphics: 8/10
Very colourful (i didn't spell colourful wrong, im not american) and bright. Very simple graphics, but this is good. Sound: 9/10
Fantastic sound. There is some of the best music in this game, especially the combat music. It really is catchy and helps you enjoy the game alot more.
Value: 10/10
The value is all you would want out of a game. It has a long, immersive story mode you will play to the end.
Overall: 8.5 A surprisingly enjoyable game with lots of ups and only a few downs. Definately: "All it's cracked up to be"
