This game is very very fun and the atmosphere and settings are really great and I loved playing this game. Another thing I enjoyed was after beating on the good guys you got to play as the bad guys which was pretty original since most games these days arent giving you much choice but quite a few that have stuck to this way are successful because its always fun to see what its like through the enemys eyes. The only thing I really didnt like in this game was difficult levels left you retrying over and over again but it wasnt so much the consistancy of retrying but where you had to retry when you failed. Usually they fail you right at the end of the mission after fighting for 45 min to an hour you fail your last objective. Or your knights get wiped out and thus leaving you alive but with no army so it automatically fails you and after fighting so long right when theres 30 secs left of fighting or something like that it fails you and it can be SO aggrivating. But the replay value is quite high so when you do finally pass it you feel so determined to get to the next level, to see what happens in your adventure next that you often can pass this problem after youve blown off some steam from failing 2 or 3 times heh. The story line was easy to follow very understandable and very exciting and didnt leave you not caring about what your doing. One thing I didn't like was the leveling system you fought a battle and your AI armys dont really get all that many kills so your the only person who really gets xp but you must split it between your 6 diffrent armys which can leave several of your armys either dry and outdated should we say? Or you had a weak army because you split the xp evenly. Button layout was ok but command system I thought could have been more detailed because turn couldnt become faces (like right face, left face) so instead of just straight faces they often did uneccessary wide turns to turn around. And the line that you use to guide the men were hard to deal with when around edges of maps or certain buildings this would lead to more uneccessary wide turns and other problems (such as go around a building and trying to attack the enemy on the other side but had to go extra distnace to attack.) But as far as combat and graphics and entertainment its a awsome game and I rarely say this but its probably worth buying if you really like medievil games and especially self controlled strategy games.
