Pretty cool, dynasty style with a twist...

I am enjoying this game so far from what i have played. Its got the really addictive hack and slash that dynasty warriors brought to the table, but its inovative by letting you control groups of archers and spear guys and, just other groups. You do only play as the one the leader in your current quest, but sending out scouts and flanking your archers around your enemy during a battle is great fun and strategy. I also enjoy the ability to level up your characters and weapons and armor and even new skills. However, the graphics arent breathtaking or anything, yet it does feel like during the battles they can handle a good amount of people onscreen at once. But in another way it does get kinda cluttered. It seems fairly easy to control, the block could use a little work, but its simple to switch from group to group and give commands, and battle is well done also. The music is your standard battle music, which is neither amazing or terrible, you probably wont even be paying much attention to it anyway. It looked to me as though there were different characters to use in different difficulties, which will probably give it some good replay abillities. Overall i gave it an 8, cause its fun, keeps my attention, and has some good playability. If you dont think its worth the 40 bucks, give it a rent and decide for yourself.
