L.A. Noire

Not your average "whodunnit" game

I may not be a console afficianado having just had my PS3 for 6 months now; but as an avid gamer of both PC and console (XBOX360) games, this is definitely a HUGE improvement to your average Action/Adventure "whodunnit" games as it features a truly engaging storyline (set in the 40's). No DNA-testing, no high-tech technology, you will be required to put your skills to the test on gathering information, mastering reading faces and identifying the culprit. While on the side, you may choose to play about 40 mini games of cat-and-mouse runaways/car chases, shoot-outs, and close hostage situations. Difficulty level is gradual but comes at the appropriate stages. To sum it up, a bit of GTA/Saints Row and CSI combined. This is truly made for the general audience - boy or girl, young to old.
