Simply great fun.
While its a shame that the multi-player is missing at launch the single player game is excellent, and well worth the price of entry. There's plenty here to keep you busy and the challenges on each level will encourage replay, even if you are like me and usually only play through a game once.
Unusually for a game featuring Lara Croft combat is entertaining, and the levels are varied featuring a good mix of combat, exploration and puzzle sections to keep you entertained.
The story is pure fluff but entertainingly so and the cut scenes are kept brief.
The only criticism is that precision aiming can be tricky, but this is likely to be as much the fault of my PS3 analogue stick as the game itself, and in no way detracts from the game play and you would never notice this problem in combat.
All in all a simply entertaining little game that you couldn't go far wrong with. I hope to see more in the series as its a lot better than any mainstream Tomb Raider game has been in a long time.
