League of Legends is a superb game in itself. But the fact is that the amount of trolls who play the game is a substantial amount, and the customer service doesn't tell you if people you've reported were punished, and if you were punished, they don't tell you what it was for and you have to trust their judgment that what you did was "against summoner's code". If you love RTS this is definitely a game for you, but do be warned. If you can't control yourself enough to not respond to trolls or you can't help but troll yourself, you'll get suspended just for interacting. This is the biggest flaw of this game. Outside of that the gameplay is fun and the community players can be pretty cool sometimes. It's free to play so why not? Just don't purchase anything from them unless you want to run the risk of being suspended/banned for no reason and not getting refunded.
