The multiplayer event of 2008

Left 4 Dead can simply be put as a good old-fashioned zombie apocalypse game. The game plays out like an arcade title, without any major campaign modes. However, it is still a thrill ride.. if you are playing with others. On co-op mode, you and your friends can have hours of fun tearing zombies apart and making a bloody mess. You will have lots of fun, from laughing at bloody headshots to slowly cralwing by witches. Aside from this, there is also a versus mode where one team of players are survivors and the other team are zombies. I found it just as fun to be the many different zombie types, especially the tank, which could plow through anyone. Playing the game alone just isn't the same. Any non Xbox Live owner should not buy this game. The problem with this game is the limited amount of content. There are only four levels and limited weapons and enemy types. A larger weapon selection and level menu could have taken this game even further. Despite its simplicity, Left 4 Dead delivers solid zombie action. This was my favorite multiplayer experience of 2008, and I'm sure that you will enjoy it too.
