A big disappointment compared to its wonderful prequels.

While the combat in my opinion is more interesting than Soul Reaver 2 at least, the storyline is barely present, the enemy variety is low and you disappointingly quickly experience that the vast majority of "dungeons" in the game are almost completely identical, rearranged and perhaps with a single new minor puzzle to solve, which on top of that are themselves fairly uninteresting.
Don't let this game shape your views of the LoK-world, try out Soul Reaver 1 or 2. Unless of course storylines, music, atmosphere, puzzles and voice acting are things that mean nothing to you, and you're only in it for the combat. I completed it anyway, so take my word for it: it isn't worth it.
