User Rating: 8.4 | Legacy of Kain: Defiance XBOX
This is the best game of the series when it comes to gameplay and graphics. The number of diferente moves and attack combinations makes the combat situations a lot of fun to play. The graphics are clean and well detailed with some very rare slowdowns for no more than 2 or 3 seconds and only in some areas of the game. Even with a lot of enemies on the screen the Xbox version preserves the frame rate which is a big advantage if compared to the PS2 version that unfortunately shows a lot more slowdonwns. The story keeps you going on the game as it did on the previous installments of the series. The sound is good and helps you get the feel of the game. The big problem of Defiance is its camera system that forces you to see your character from some very annoying perspectives. If you like the series this one has to be played and if you like action-adventure games you should try Legacy of Kain Defiance.
