Oh! That's diifferent. :)
And its equally fun.
The meat of this game is collecting small bits of Lego. As much as you can to achieve "Hero Status". Pretty much everything is destructible as you would imagine. The game follows a bit more problem solving than battles (at least in the first few levels). With some upgrading and two-character back and forth cooperation, you should find it challenging or at least amusing.
The real pleasant surprises was visiting the Asylum. You can do this pretty much from the beginning of the game. And "crash" "bang" "boom", you can play as the villains with a flip side view of the mission you play as a hero. What a smart idea to refresh the franchise. Maybe not a refresh, but an evolution. Of course you could do this in Star Wars and Indy Jones. But again, the villains have their *own* storyline. Nice.
As you would expect, the game is full of mini-game you need to unlock as well as characters to play with in free play. Cinematics are presented in adorable comic book panes.
Without giving away too much.. the game handles just like the other Lego games. If you enjoy Star Wars and Indiana Jones, you'll enjoy Batman.
ps..My strong suggestion for the Lego franchise next adventure..THE MATRIX!
