My wife and I bought this for our 6 year-old son. He likes the Ninjago cartoon, and has many of the Lego toys. Seeing as how he is capable of following intricate instructions to build large Lego creations, we figured that he would be able to play a Ninjago themed game. From the start, our son found the game boring. After completing the entirely too long startup process, he found the rest of the game too difficult. We purchased this game for $9.99 on sale, and still feel that we did not get our money's worth. If you have young children, definitely skip this title. If your children are old enough to understand this game, then they are most likely too mature to have any interest in a kiddie-themed game. This one simply misses the mark in every way. Hopefully, Lego will do right by their younger fans and release a more action-oriented platformer or an easily understood fighting game. At least Cartoon Network has some on their website.
