Thunder Force is one of my faovrate shooter game franshises, and this game is my favorate one in the series (at least for now haven't played the further ones just yet). Because like all good sequels in a good franshise as it goes further it gets better and better. And this sequel does just that it made itself even better.

The game really hasn't changed much the grapics still look great really love that vast feel of the enviorment and the gameplay and it's dynamics are still intact but that's a good thing as the old saying goes if it's not broke don't fix it. What makes this game stand out are really in it's minor improvements. For one thing two of your weapons can be powered up once you collect the orbs for you staionary weapons. Two the levels are just a bit wider which gives you more space to manuver. And three the games dificulty has slightly improved because it's a little longer now there are 10 levels instead of just 8, so you can't afford to be too reckless, though it's still fast paced and their not that hard but not that easy all the same I can get though the levels with no problem.

And the music is probably one of the highlights of this game, it actually has some memorable tunes, two I love one for the spaceship fleet stage and the other stage 8 there just great to listen to, I play though this game just to listen to them.

So, Lighting Force is loaded with plenty of thunder and lighting.
