an experience that you won't forget so soon

limbo is a magical game. "black and white graphics"(with a ton of shades of gray) make graphics that are as beautiful and fascinating as they are disturbing, in fact everything in this game(sound, story, gameplay) fits in this category simple in the execution ,deep in it's meaning, you only use a button to jump and another one to grab(or activate)"things", the game is all about doing puzzles that, if you fail ,normally end with a cruel dead of you character, but there are so much checkpoints that even though you constantly die the game isn't realy that hard.

what makes this game so incredible is that because the game is in concept simple ,it let's you guess ,who you are, what you are doing and what you will find at the end, wile it shocks you with the gruesome forms to die, the only way you can go seems like a journey without return. at the beginning you go trough a forest where you find people-like beings that try to stop you but once you advance you find places where there is no life ,only dead.

the bad things about the game are that the game is only 3 to 4 hours long that wouldn't be so terrible if it wouldn't be of it's price of 1200 microsoft points that makes the game really expensive for such a short game, also the game hasn't to much replay value, you may play it again to get achievements, or in a few years after you have forgotten the puzzles of the game, but there is no bigger reason to play it again

resuming

the good: inmersive, beautiful, a game that you will hardly forget
the bad: expensive, short, with almost no replay value
