Some people say Sackboy can take down Mario, but honestly Sackboy will just fail like his game.

Gameplay-8/10-The game is a 2-D side scroller but the twist in this game is that you can use two diffrent dimmension planes to walk on. So lets say there is a wall blocking your path, but if you move the joystick up you can go to a the background of the level and walk through there and avoid the obstacles. Also this game has a creating engine. Though it isn't much fun to use, and I mean it. The tutoria they give you is very annoying and will take a good hour to finish it up. After your done with that you can finnally make levels, but it can take a long time and you will need a lot of skill to do it. But if you don't feel like making levels you can just download new ones from the net, but they ussally way to short and just made to look good. Ther is a single player too for the game but is only 4 hours long and can be beat in a day.
Graphics-10/10-The enviorments and objects for the game look really good and very nice. And the level desigh is really fun and good.
Controlls-5/10-You may be curious how the controlls for a side scroller be bad, but it is only one mistake that sony was way too lazy too fix up. Now since it is only a side scroller you will only have to use the Psp's contoll pad, but sadly you have to use the Psp's uncomfortable joystick play. Also since you have you have to change dimension planes a lot you might accidently do it by mistake.
Story-5/10-The story for the game is very lame and boring it is about how Sackboy is trying to help out the LBP creators have a great party in brazil so Sackboy travels around the world to get there and thats it. Boring and lame and defeintly not instreasting.
Conclusion- LBP is a okay game but it is way too short and the creating engine gets dull after while it a game you should just rent for the weekend. Either way when you compare it to other platformers like Mario then it is really not that great.
