An amazing game that could be better if it were longer.
GAMEPLAY: Ususally I cover both the gameplay and story but there really isn't a story...Basiacally there are these things called Mojo's trying to take the world over and turn it into something dark and horrible and you play a thing called a Roco Loco that is very cute and is going to set things right. There are 5 worlds to go through. Each has 8 levels. This sounds alright, but the levels tend to be pretty short. In fact I played through the entire game in about 5 hours max. But it's still amazingly fun and if you go for perfect than it'll take you a good while. In fact this game is easy yet frustrating at the same time (what I mean by that is, it's easy unless you go for everything.) The way you control the game is also very original, you just tilt the screen with the two shoulder buttons and can jump with those same buttons. This is a really fresh and fun feature.There will also be times when you'll need to break into many LocoRoco's. This is always really cute and somehow fun.
GRAPHICS: The graphics are a huge strong point for this game. They are simple yet beautiful. Although, if you do not like cute games, I would NOT play this. This game revolves around cuteness.
SOUND: The music is another strong point. It's extremley cute, yet never annoying. In fact the tunes can be quite catchy. If you remember the music from the Ape Escape games, it's a LOT like that. In fact when I pick up the game and started playing it, I thought "It sounds just like a level in Ape Escape 2". This is not a bad thing at all. Also while you play take notice of the fact that you RocoLoco sings the whole time. This game is sooo cute that there is no way to hate it!
SUMMERY: This game plays amazingly, but can be frustrating sometimes. Even though, this game is far to short. I would have liked to see a longer game.
