Too cute, too charming!

When I first heard the theme song and witnessed these little blobs of smiling dudes sing to it, I was controlling myself not to punch the screen. What an overflow of cuteness! Well in the end for me, the best part of the game is actually humming along to these charming songs and watching the Locorocos give silly comments.

Locoroco is a unique platformer where you control the environment, not the little dudes, to navigate them over obstacles to the finish line while collecting as many of these silly guys as well as the dumb-and-dumber-looking Mui Muis (what a name...) who hide in secret corners of the levels. The level designs are ingenious and fun to navigate, but you can still find yourself yawn after a few rounds since every objective is the same every stage, so the game actually shines when you play at short bursts.

The graphics are stylishly lovely too and the songs tend to put a smile to your face. Sound effects are likeable in subtle sweet pops and boings. Definitely for all ages.
