one more classic not to be missed by the classic fans!!

I remember that I was a very young child when this game came out. I still clearly remember the day that I first took the floppy discs of the game home. The graphics were stunning for I had been playing racing games on an IBM PS/1 but the difficulty was waaaaay above what I had expected from a video game. It felt like a simulation. The one and only thing that comes to my mind as soon as I hear its name is the excavators which appear randomly throughout the game which almost always caused me to crash. And when I look at the racing games of today, I am really speechless about the progress made. But this does not mean that I should throw my Lombard Rally discs (though I am not playing it on discs anymore!!) to the trash. So it will not be very logical for me to suggest the newbies in the gaming world to try this one but the ones from my generation who were born in the mid 80s will go into rhapsodies as soon as they hear the name of this game.
