Although this game is good, there are too many flaws that prevent it from being great.

Luigi's Mansion is quite an interesting and unique game. Rather than playing as Mario trying to save the princess, you take Luigi's shoes and are trying to save Mario from the Boo's that have kidnapped him inside of this strange mansion. The controls can take a little time to get used to it, but they are eventually not so bad. There really isn't much to the plot of this game, but you will be kept interested the entire time you are playing. There are a couple major issues with this game and they include an extreme amount of walking around, terrible camera modes for the boss fights, and the fact that the game is really easy and short. The difficulty, length, and camera speak for itself, but you have to do so much walking to get from one place to another throughout the mansion. One situation that particularlly burns me up is that the quickest way to go from the first to second floor is sealed with a locked door, and you have to go in extra minute or so out of your way and when you take in all the times you have to travel throughout the mansion it's painful. The game offers a few positives such as being able to save after catching a Boo and a harder difficulty upon completion of the game.
