PSP' s top ten includes a dumb puzzle game? This is truly sad....
I got Lumines as a package deal when I bought my PSP. I began reading up on how good this game is suppose to be. I then played it for 3 hours straight until I could not stomach anymore. Lumines is flat-out unimpressive and boring. Please don't get me wrong, I like puzzle games like Tetris and Bust-a-Move so I tried really hard to give this game a chance. This game is just nothing special. On the plus side it does have a nice flashy/ techno feel to it ,better yet, think Wipe-out XL meets Tetris. Other than that this game feels like one of those stupid casual parlor games ( Bejeweled I'm looking at you) that people who are not really into to playing videogames play. I am going to sell this stupid game as soon as possible! EB games & Gamestop execs I hope you are reading this and realize this is the number one reason people like me are pissed off at you for selling bundle packs with games that people don't like. Bundle packs are a dumb sneaky idea.
Pros: Nice flashy presentation.
Cons: Boredom settles in when you realize that there is nothing to this game.
Final Verdict: Flashy looks can not cover the fact that this game is not worth $20.00 nor is it worth the UMD disc it what made on. It should have been free. I have more fun taking a nap than playing this crap. Pass on it if you can afford a real game.
