After playing through this game several times I finally decided to write a review. I will be the first to admit that this game is not revolutionary but man is it fun. The battle system is fairly simple and the difficulty level for this game is not that hard. I think it is the story that ultimately draws you in. The characters and their development throughout the game, while goofy at times, is what makes this port of a classic RPG worth your time and money. If you can play the PSX version then by all means play that one but this GBA version is a great alternative. A lot of the cutscenes from the PSX version are gone but the core of the game still remains. As long as I have my copies it will get played on both systems.
