This pales in comparison to the original and has to many changes to justify calling it a remake. Not worth it.
To be more specific.
They incorporated a collectible card aspect to the game which does nothing in the way of game play and is inconvenient to track to make sure you get all of them.
Battle system. The Tactics menu is watered down making it not as versatile and the fact that they took away the CMD function from the Tactics option makes you less inclined to use it.
Also, # or Attacks is just what it sounds like and nothing more. In the original you could position your guys in a corner to make them less of a target. and if enemies did get to them they'd only get 1 hit. In lunar Legend they do battle the old Final Fantasy style, where your party is on one side and the monsters on the other and you just stand there waving your weapons and for some magic reason when it's your turn to attack you jump out hit your target and then go back to your line waiting for your next turn.
Needless to say there are too many changes to this game that take merit away from the original integrity of the game and not to mention the series. In my opinion, you can and should pass on this one
