Most of the best games nowadays, are big productions with great graphics, an immersive story, good gameplay and that´s why we love them. And there are some games that are so simple, but are capable of creating such a great felling on us, and Machinarium is one of those games.
Machinarium is a point&click created by Amanita Design, and tell us the story of a robot that wants to rescue is beloved one, from the "claws" of an evil robot. One of the best things in this game is the level design, that is a mixture between robotic wasteland and some of Salvador Dali paintings. The soundtrack suits in the game really well, and reminded me some Radiohead songs.
Some of the puzzles are a little bit hard, but if you play a minigame it shows you the solution, and you can continue you´re adventure. The only problem in my opinion, is that this game is too short, in 3 hours you can finish the game, and you´ll keep asking for more.
If you miss a point & click like Broken Sword that is capable of sucking you in, well Machinarium is the game for you.
