Yet another year of Madden and this year it is the year of the QB. The Precision passing is the new thing this year and it plays a very big role in the game play. The new passing system takes a while to get used to but once you get it, the game opens up all of its features to you. This year's run game is alot harder and the defense will force you to pass the ball alot more. The Superstar mode is good but not as good as it could have been. If you are going to buy this game just for the superstar mode, you may want to think about renting it instead. If you are a hardcore madden fan, then of course, your going to get the game, but if you are looking to get into Madden for the first time, don't buy this right away. If you can, I would rent the game first to see if you like the new passing system, then go out and buy it. Overall, the gameplay and online play cover all the bad areas in the game. It it yet another solid game from EA, but if you are looking to getting into Madden for the first time, rent it first.
