I think I should've waited for the XBOX 360 Madden. This one's pretty much a carbon copy of '05.

I would like to start off by saying, "This game should've been 30 bucks." I think that's what I should've had to pay for this game. I admire Madden and EA for keeping this franchise a float all these years but I think you can tell when a console has reached its peak. The graphics in this game are outstanding just like last year. The hit animations are better looking than last year but I still notice players walking through other players. I hope that doesn't happen when Madden for the XBOX 360 comes out. You could say, "Oh look there's something new... precision passing and the truck stick." The truck stick is cool when it works. The precision passing I had to turn off it's way too cumbersome and I don't like it. The left stick should've been the passing cone and the right stick should've been to move the QB. I noticed that cone doesn't even go where you want it to go. I pushed the analog stick just little to move the cone and it went all the way to the sideline. I don't want to throw it to coach Cowher okay he's not a receiver!! The game is still a little choppy here and there just like last year's. I don't know about you all but I'm kind of insulted for having to 50 bucks for this backwash of a game. I hope the next-gen system deliver a better football experience because this current generation of hardware is running out of steam. I think EA did all they could to make this game better than last year's but I think there only so much you can do with the XBOX. As I said before I think we're at the peak of the mountain. Last year I thought that, too. Madden like always is fun but nothing to go on about that's for sure.
