We are all familiar with the Madden series, and this game is basically like all the other Maddens, really fun! The hit stick is very effective, QB vision works well and is way less annoying than the QB vision in Madden 06. The rosters are slightly less updated than the 360 and PS3, but nothing to really complain about. There are a lot of glitches though, and eventually you will see a few, but they're really funny and fun to watch. I really don't have much negative stuff to say about 08. The only negative thing I have to say is some of the players look nothing like they do in real life on this game. Creating a team is fun because you can basically manage every aspect of your team without making it overly complicated. The announcers repeat themselves a lot which is kind of annoying, but I usually turn the sound off and listen to my iPod while playing sports games, so it isn't a big problem. (for me) Some people might think the madden series is going downhill, but I find this game to be fun, competitive, and an all around good game.

Only a slight upgrade to Madden 07. This game was obviously rushed. My defensive play book is exactly the same and I only got 1 new formation on offense. They didn't even take the time to make the linemen fat. Ted Washin... Read Full Review
