It satisfies your football needs.
Pros:
-Gameplay is solid
-Graphics
-Playing through season and offseason modes are fun
-Editing rosters and creating players
-Adjusting difficulty and game speed
-Coach mode if you want it
Cons:
-No real depth to pregame, halftime or postgame shows.
(There should be an option to have more in-depth coverage of your game and other games)
-Can only challenge certain plays
-Too many interceptions are run back for touchdowns
-Watching computer play games is not realistic
-Poor announcing and some untimely boos from your home crowd (Example 1: You could be down only 3 points with 7:00 minutes left and you call a run play, and Cris Collinsworth will scold you for running the ball because your down in the 4th. Announcing can be unintelligent!) (Example 2: Your home crowd boos you for downing the football at the end of the game even though your kneeling to run the clock out to win. Poor game design!)
