Very expensive to buy players,missing content and rewards

You could spend $600-700 and still not get the player you are trying to get from packs. Repeat this by 22 for your whole team. It’s a complete rip-off. Every single content drop so far has had major mistakes, such as the released players not in packs people are paying for. You can spend hours to grind for rewards and not receive them, ALL users have this issue. Eventually after one month they gave us some of the missing rewards. Now we are waiting weeks for the rewards from another promo. Now EA is deliberately withholding rewards to punish players who complained.
