This game feels like it still in beta version. Firstly the linear gameplay. Go to Joes, do the mission, sleep, wake up, pick up the phone, do the mission, go home etc etc. I remember mafia 1 was more interactive with richer missions. The AI of the drivers and the people is very bad and annoying. The police is hopeless, they can't even catch me let alone chase me even when I am speeding right in front of them! Car selection is not very ample either. To be honest, after playing mafia 2, i am left so dissapointed that I really want to go and buy mafia 1, so I can again, relive the mafia series the way it's meant to be played. Mafia 1 was much better and it set the bar, and unfortunately mafia 2 could not even get close, I guess the good thing is those play boy magazines that add a little bit of nostalgia on how natural these girls were back in the day.
The guy from gamespot who reviewed this game is a no brainer, no offense, but with all the amazing gameplay and incredibly story, calling Mafia 2 as a great bloodthirsty experience means somethings wrong with that guy. ... Read Full Review
