A trip back in time gone wrong.
The freeroam, non-linear nature of the DLC, like in the Jimmy expansions, was excusable especially for a GTA fan like me, but it didn't bring out the same dramatic experience as with the main game, and was more of an excuse for gutting out parts of the game and selling them like Gilette razor blades or Epson carts.
To make it short, all I can say is that it's mostly an exercise in schadenfreude by people who were given an aspirin overdose, just for the sake of milking people's cash for something that they shouldn't have been paying for.
