Horrible, horrible game. First, let's rant about the graphics. The graphics are just plain cheesy! They look like a N64 game! Even San Andreas had better graphics (don't get me wrong, San Andreas is a very good game, but the graphics weren't very good)! The physics are bad too. Sometimes you are able to drive through walls! Gameplay is terrible. It's hard to control the car as if it looks like it's controlling itself. The AI is bad too. You will often see people trying to run through walls. The English in the game is also sometimes messed up, probably meaning that the game didn't have a quality check. The storyline is boring, unappealing, and in general cliche. The game has a terrorist bombing the city and you have ton stop her. The only good thing I can say about the game is the city. At least they got the city correct. Manhattan looks ok. In general, AVOID THIS GAME!
