Now Manhunt is from acclaimed devlopers Rockstar who have brought us GTA, and Max Payne, and the Midnight Club triliogy. Here is Rockstar's shot at the stealth genre, in there own style only they could pull off. This a game so vile, so disgusting, so mean that it has been banned in more countries than I could count on one hand. But regardless it is a solid game, but only if you have the stomach for it. The backstory and all the story leading up to the end is really well done, and you get a sense of what this game is going to be like before you even control the character for the first time. The games visuals work if you say nothing else about them. They use a style similar to that of Killzone in the gritty, unfiltered look that is becoming more and more common. As mean as this game is, they use a very neat feature when you come up and kill your victim. You get a shaky, almost hand held camera look at the action. Blood splatters across the camera and it adds a new dimension to the game. The sound is also quality as gunshots sound good, and the enemy's dialogue can be quite funny. More than anything it helps the game. Overall this is a game that if you are old enough (17+) and you think you have the stomach for it, it is definely recommended. Just beware, because you may not know exactly what your getting your self into, I didn't. Luckly I was old enough to appreciate it. Great job Rockstar.
