A bit of a letdown compared to its prequels, in this reviewers opinion.

The first half of BIS is great. Really. You travel across the surprisingly empty mushroom kingdom as bowser (who is really fun to play with btw). At a few points you'll use the bros inside bowsers body to play minigames which will let bowser do certain things. e.g. stimulating his biceps to make him lift something. Youll also ocasionnaly traverse large areas of the behemoth's bowels, thoogh because your inside his body, the scenery never changes much. The battle system will be extremely, almost to a fault, familiar to anyone who has played a mario RPG before. Many of the enemies have similair attacks to those in previous games or even in the samegame, which really shows if, again, youve played a mario RPG. That being said, the battle system works extremely well. you use X and Y to cntrl bowser and A and B for the Bros. All in all , this game started out looking like a game of the year nominee, that fell short due to a lack of plot twists that made the other entries in the series so great, and also a lot of repetiveness in the battles and also other activitiesthat should have been spread out more.
