Not much has changed in the Mario Kart series since its inception...until now. There is a new twist to the formula that's presented in Mario Kart: Double Dash. Instead of single drivers, you can now team up with just about anyone in the Mario Universe. There are a great number of unique karts that play to the strengths of certain characters. Each character can be placed into one of three catagories: small, medium, and large, with karts to match their sizes. Once you select your team, the biggest member of your team will dictate what size kart you drive. One of my few gripes about this game is the limited number of tracks. My wife and I breezed through all of the tracks together in about 4 total gaming sessions. Although the game is a blast, these few tracks definetely take away from the value of the game.
