A multi-player masterpiece!

I just got Mario Party 7 and very recently finished the single player mode. I haven't even been able to try the multiplayer mode yet, but based on my experiences with the single player mode I can only imagine how much fun it would be with 2 or more players! The single player mode breaks down as follows: you are going on a cruise to get away from it all. When on the cruise there are 6 "trips" you can take, which are the games you take part in. The first one is the Grand Canal. On this board you compete with the other player to see who can get 2 stars first. To get the stars you have to pay 20 coins. The second level is Pagoda Peak. On this level you have to make it to the top of the mountain with at least 100 coins in your possession. The first player to do that wins. The third level is Pyramid Park. On this level you have to chase down a character that has stolen a star from Bowser. Once you are in possession of the star you just have to return it to Bowser, and victory is yours. The fourth level in Neon Heights. On this level you have to be the first to find 3 stars. There are 5 stars hidden in 8 treasure chests throughout the level. You have to pay 20 coins to open each chest. The fifth level is Windmillville. In this one you have to be the first player to repair 3 of the many broken down windmills. The windmills cost between 20-50 coins each to repair, so timing is everything on this board! The last level is Bowser's Enchanted Inferno. On this level you have to find a star and then take it to Bowser and beat him in the final battle before your opponent does. Do this and you have beaten the game! On each board there are many different spaces to land on: blue spaces give you coins, red spaces take coins away from you, green battle spaces launch a mini-game competition between you and your opponent (the winner gets to take the other's coins!), green mic spaces (I don't have the mic so I'm not sure what they do), green question mark spaces (usually starts a task you have to complete or endure directly on the board), DK spaces (launches a mini-game between you and Donkey Kong in which you can take some coins from him), and Bowser spaces (launches a mini-game that you have to beat to keep Bowser from taking some of your coins). So the game is kind of like a board game with lots of little twists and turns. Apparently there are over 80 mini-games to compete in! The other modes in this game are the 2 different multiplayer modes (for both 4 & 8 players), and the mini-game competition, in which you just compete in all of the available mini-games you are able to unlock. During you game you earn cruise mileage points which you can spend in the duty free shop. Here you can unlock extra characters and mini-games, along with a whole bunch of other stuff. Overall this game I found to be great! It has really easy gameplay (sometimes it's frustrating to sit through a mini-game your opponent is taking part in though!) and the fun factor is the thing that makes it as good as it is. I've only played it by myself though and I loved it, so I can only imagine how good it would be with a couple of friends!
