The Mario Party series has its seventh installment and overall it's a good game, but there are several dissapointments to the game. The eight player minigame mode is a very good idea but the way it was executed in Mario Party 7 was just pitiful. Shigeru Miyamoto should remember that in his minigames quality counts over quantity. Most of the minigames are button mashing mini games and there are only about four minigames in the whole Mario Party 7 that actually count as being great. There are only six boards rather than seven like it was in Mario Party 7, and the two vs. two minigames are a real snooze fest. If you have friends who don't have anything to do, then Mario Party 7 is the title for you, but otherwise don't even think about it.
