This game is really great for multiplayer. This game includes Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, ( not a user option ), Boo, Wario, Daisy, Toad, Toadette, and even Yoshi, and they all have " side kicks ". In all, there are about 12 characters. Plus there are 6 different worlds and great mini games to play with your character. Also, there are Donkey Kong and Bowser mini games. Donkey kong mini games are fun and you can't lose anything. The Bowser mini games are pretty fun, but you just might lose all your coins. I think the Bowser mini games are fun, but you should watch out for them.

There are more types of mini games out in the game. There is 2 on 2, 3 on 1, and 4 seperate groups of 1, every man/woman for himself/herself. Also there are dice blocks you have to hit to tell you how many spaces you move. The options are 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. You can also double, or even triple those numbers if you get the right orbs. There are several types of blocks you can land on. Blue is plus 3 coins. Red is minus 5 coins. Green is something special. And Bowser is you get to do a mini game, a dealy mini game.

The whole game is about all the optional characters get to go on a cruise. They find out, that this isn't like any other cruise. It's a cruise where there's a ton of games and activities to do 24/7. Now, will Mario encounter with new friends, or will he just get bullied around by Mario's arch enemy, Bowser and his royal companion/ side kick/ son?
