Great Beginning to a great series.

Mario Party is one of the best family games for Nintendo. The mini games are super. It feels so great when you are one against three and you wipe the floor with them. When you are not the best in the world, it also feels great to team up with two others to rub the best player's face in. The only downside of this game was the controls. The controls for some of the mini games required quick rotation of the joystick with the center of your hand. The "Mario Glove" Nintendo sold about a year and a half after it's release fixed that for those who decided not buy Mario Party 2.
